Skills & Interests
When I’m not working, you can see me:
-
Volunteering for the Homeless: Spending time with homeless communities has taught me the value of listening and acting with empathy. It’s a reminder that small efforts can make a big difference, and understanding others is the first step to meaningful change.
-
Reading: I’ve always loved books—whether it’s exploring new ideas, understanding different perspectives, or just losing myself in a great story. Reading keeps my mind sharp and my imagination alive.
-
Playing Music: Whether it’s strumming my guitar or learning drums, music keeps me grounded and creative.
-
Watching movies: I love anime and films that capture the magic of ordinary moments. They inspire me to notice the beauty in the little things and find meaning in the mundane.
-
Playing football: Football isn’t just a game for me—it’s a lesson in teamwork, consistency, and trust. The best results come when everyone works together with confidence.
Background
My fascination with design started with books. As a child, I’d immerse myself in everything from novels and comics to picture books about dinosaurs and the universe—even the layout of a dictionary fascinated me. I loved how words, images, and layouts could make ideas feel clear and exciting.
This curiosity shaped my love for economics, a field that explores how people make decisions. But instead of pursuing finance, I followed my passion for creating clarity and connection through design. I started as a project manager, and self-learned my way to publication design, discovering how thoughtful presentation can empower and inform.
A few years later, I spearheaded the creation of a digital team at another company, helping others grow while building meaningful connections along the way. Those experiences reinforced what I value most about design—it’s not just about making things look good. It’s about empowering people, fostering understanding, and creating solutions that truly work.
