Overview
As the lead designer for this project, I collaborated closely the client to define the overall strategy for integrating NFTs into their digital ecosystem. My role involved working with developers to create the digital assets and designing the user journey for the NFT purchase and acquisition process. This included defining the conditions for the smart contract and selecting the appropriate tokens to enable seamless purchases via users’ wallets.
A key part of the project was direct user engagement, where we set up a Discord channel to foster a community around the NFT sale. I also contributed to developing the route map for the NFT sale, which outlined key milestones and ensured that users were informed and engaged throughout the process. This roadmap played a critical role in driving user participation and excitement leading up to the sale.
The result was a highly successful NFT launch, with impressive user engagement—measured by over 80% of NFT holders participating in follow-up brand events. Beyond the sale itself, NFT buyers were integrated into Ayes’ ecosystem as long-term supporters. They were awarded monthly credits, enabling them to sell their own designs through Ayes’ local clothing store, further strengthening the relationship between the brand and its community. The project not only elevated the brand’s presence in the NFT space but also created an ongoing, interactive experience that linked digital ownership with physical products, fostering brand loyalty and engagement.
